The hotel is close to the airport, but everything else was lacking.

“Genevie's Views.”

The neighborhood and staff were pleasant. There was a bit of daytime noise from maintenance on my floor, but otherwise I was happy; I stayed four days and the price was acceptable. This was my second visit and I’ll return.

“Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I would not recommend this place.”

The front desk staff was grumpy and unfriendly, barely paying attention to us. He told us it was the last available room, that there was no key, and couldn't explain why. The door lock malfunctioned, making us uneasy, yet we had no other option. He also gave no information about breakfast or hotel details. While we were still at the desk, he answered a call from a Hispanic woman, was rude, told her no rooms were left, and hung up. The room was tiny, lacked soap and other amenities, and we received only two towels even though we had three guests.
