The quiet location is nice, but the breakfast was very minimalistic in the French style; to get a third cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine you had to ask extra.

The garden description and the good rating on the site were convincing, and there was a parking spot right by the building, but we arrived only in the evening. The owner waited with a friend because he barely spoke English. We received the key for a room on the first floor that could only be accessed via an outside staircase. The room was disappointing, more of a haphazard, unstructured, repurposed private room. It felt cold and uncomfortable, and it just didn't look clean, so we left. We skipped the breakfast under the tent roof. Since we booked at the last minute, a free cancellation was no longer possible, so it was a pure waste of money.

Friendly welcome, a very pretty house, lovely garden, good breakfast, nothing to complain about.

The host was friendly and helpful, and we had a pleasant chat. He lets guests use his garden and terraces. The breakfast, however, wasn’t very fresh except for the buns, and the rooms were very noisy.
