The location is central, very special with a view of the city and everything within walking distance; the lovely staff welcomed us warmly throughout the holiday.

Our room featured a terrace overlooking the old city, which was delightful; the hotel is small and authentic, with a few but very helpful and welcoming staff; the breakfast and lounge areas were quaint and charming with a great outlook. Getting to the hotel through Siena’s old town streets requires careful planning, which is useful information rather than a criticism.
