Resivation Hotel

The place is excellent, everything is beautiful.

All services are very good, but the bed is terrible; I couldn’t sleep comfortably because it looks like a double bed but the mattress is only two inches thick, so it’s not comfortable. The customer service, cleaning, parking, and especially the location are disappointing.

The hotel I booked through your service had a serious problem. I have used Booking many times before, but this is the first time something like this has happened. During my stay, I found a flea in the room and it bit me. I kindly ask you to take this into account and, if possible, inform the hotel about this situation so they can contact me directly. Unfortunately, my experience was negative due to hygiene issues, which is not something I have encountered before when using your service.
