What an amazing location right on the beach! The hostess was lovely too, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was outdoors and heated, perfect! Also got first-rate advice on places to eat and where to park. Had to go out for breakfast

Miranda was an amazing hostess who handled everything with ease and could point us toward great restaurants and parking spots. The place sits in a gorgeous spot on the beach, just a gate and a path through the beach huts away, and the balcony offers fantastic views—couldn't ask for more. The heated pool was perfect for a quick dip, and there were plenty of sun beds with cushions everywhere. We didn’t mind that there was no breakfast, just something to keep in mind if that’s what you need.

The location and facilities were fantastic, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for guests. Miranda was a lovely host who made us feel very welcome. Nothing to complain about.

The Kite House sits in a perfect spot in East Wittering, right on the beach with stunning sea views. It’s peaceful and quiet, and the balcony overlooking the beach was ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. We stayed in the larger room with the sofa, which was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. The location is excellent, with an easy scenic walk into both Bracklesham and East Wittering where there are fantastic eateries, cafés, and lovely independent shops to browse around. A perfect coastal stay and we would definitely return. Unfortunately it was too early in the season to swim in the heated pool.
