Good price, clean. The sound insulation was poor and the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Within walking distance of the VŠB‑TUO stations and Poruba center. The pension itself isn’t much; it’s basically a few rooms above an auto‑service, on the main road it’s hardly a pension at all, just rooms with a shared entrance and a shared kitchenette. The rooms have slanted walls (it’s a ground‑level structure), so there isn’t much movement.

The owners were very friendly, the pension surprised me with its cleanliness, and in summer it gets a bit hot because the apartments are partially roofed from the outside, but that’s made up for by the perfectly working air conditioning.

The location is great, communication was smooth, and everything was clean. The towels and bed linen even had a nice scent.
