I didn’t enjoy the stay at all because I had to crawl up two flights of stairs in a wheelchair to reach my first‑floor room, even though the hotel had been informed at booking.

The hotel is well positioned in the area, very quiet yet convenient for our visits; the bed was very comfortable, the shower worked well, and Wi‑Fi was excellent. However, the exterior looked unfinished and the main building was still closed.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and we could park right outside the door. But when we arrived after 6pm there was no staff to let us in, even though we had already informed them of our arrival time. We found a phone number to call for access instructions but couldn't reach anyone. We started looking for other hotels until someone called us with an access code that worked. There was no Wi‑Fi and no breakfast, as stated. Not a great stay!

The surroundings were fantastic, arriving was soothing and a great experience; the rooms were very comfortable; the location made it a perfect hub for exploring the area.
