There was no water at all. They should have informed us by email since I booked online.

The reception area was nice, lean, and cheerful, with adequate parking and courteous, professional staff. The rooms, however, were rundown.

Staff were friendly (if incompetent and/or poorly trainer and/or not empowered.). Elevator and gym out of order. TV didn't work in the 1st room they gave me. 2nd one the TV worked, but it basically had no window and was extremely damp. (Incompetence: I waited for 1 hour for the guy to come fix my tv and he never came.) Laundry was a joke as someone had left with the key and staff initially said they didn't have a 2nd key. I found that impossible to believe and. lo and behold, eventually (3 hours later) someone found the backup key

Check‑in was quick, water and tea were provided, and Wi‑Fi worked well. The place wasn't super clean, and the elevator was out, so we had to haul our bags up to the third floor.
