My stay at this hotel had its share of highs and lows. While the regional bus station was within walking distance, and the restaurant on site was decent, the shower facilities were woefully inadequate, and the city views were more akin to a garbage-filled, untidy landscape. It was a shame, as the hotel had potential, but it fell short in several areas.

Despite the hotel's best efforts, it failed to deliver a consistently positive experience.

“Worst behaviour”

My stay at this hotel was a rollercoaster of emotions. On one hand, I was thoroughly disappointed with the overall service and facilities, which left me with a terrible impression. However, the staff's attempts to make up for it were genuinely appreciated, and I must admit that their efforts did make a difference in my overall experience.
