The apartment was clean and located in an area where parking is fairly easy to find. Breakfast was minimal, just cappuccino and croissant at a nearby bar. The water heater was undersized for a room that can hold four people; we were three, but on the second day I had to take a cold shower.

The lady Stella is quite helpful. I chose the place because it was supposed to be a 5‑minute walk from the university, but without telling me, they assigned me a different B&B room that’s a 15‑minute walk. The family suite had no dividing door, an extra paid bed without a pillow and a stained blanket, and the bathroom bidet barely produced water. We paid for a stay for six people, and when I asked beforehand if there were shampoo and body wash, they said yes, but we found only three tiny shower‑shampoo sachets that made washing impossible.

“You should avoid this choice until you do not want to have disputies with the owner.”

There is no transparency in the advertised accommodation – three different places are hidden behind one listing. Breakfast was very small at the street‑side café with no seating. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and had a strange smell. The room is tiny, definitely not 28 m² as advertised. The bedsheet and towels were washed incorrectly, using too little detergent, so they smelled.

The location is good. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty and in poor condition. The sofa bed was broken and had brown stains. I reported everything to Maria Stella, who immediately sent the cleaning lady to fix what could be fixed. Even after the intervention, I was uncomfortable for the whole stay, especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, we couldn’t use the promised free breakfast. I’m sorry, because cleanliness and honoring promised services are essential for a peaceful stay.

“A horrible experience”

It’s close to public transport for visiting tourist attractions, but I don’t recommend it if you’re traveling with small children. Very close to bars and cafés. The experience was horrible – filthy, noisy, and neglected. I didn’t like the property at all because the room wasn’t cleaned properly. From day one, the bed sheet was stained and the pillows had a disgusting yellowish colour. We had to call the owner after staying there for four days just to get new bed sheets and bathroom towels. The noise levels were unbearable; we could hear everything from the neighbours. The window didn’t close properly because the handle was broken, so all street noise came straight inside. At the entrance of the room, there was a large hole in the ceiling, causing strange noises to echo from the neighbours upstairs. On the first night, it was so loud that we genuinely thought someone was walking around inside our own room. The floor was filthy. I felt like leaving for another place on the very first day, but because we had a toddler/young child with us, we didn’t want to go through the stress of finding new accommodation. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve travelled to many locations. There were also very few clothing hangers and too little space for four people. I strongly believe serious action should be taken regarding this property. I will attach several pictures to prove everything. Unacceptable!
