The charm of this private hotel, the magnificent staircase, the cozy atmosphere, the quiet of the Arty suite, the quality bedding, the proximity to the quays and the center of Sète, and the nearby private parking. The breakfast delivered in the morning was perfect. Laura was very responsive, and although we only exchanged messages, she was highly available and gave great advice. We will gladly return.

It was clean and quiet. The room was cramped and did not face the canal.

The staff were extremely rude on the phone even though I had already paid; when I arrived, they wouldn't give me the door code until I paid an extra £250 on top of what I had already paid. They sent a pay link via WhatsApp that looked dodgy. I still haven't received a refund after requesting they cancel the booking and refund me. Awful experience. At least I only lost the original half—otherwise I would have been nearly £500 down.

Nice, modern property. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice walk‑in shower with good water pressure. Dual sinks were convenient for my wife and me. Large, spacious living room. Nice terrace that can be entered from the living room or the bedroom. A desk with a power outlet next to it in the bedroom, which I really like because I am a remote worker and always appreciate a dedicated workspace. Parking garage very close by. Canal views were nice. Easily walk everywhere! The location is convenient for getting in and out of Sete. Nothing. Everything was great!
