Super HOTEL O MAA NARMADA

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and amenities, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations in terms of room location. The room was situated on the third floor, which made it quite challenging for me and my kids to climb the stairs, especially for the ladies and children.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was cut short due to a rather unpleasant surprise. Upon making the initial booking, I was not informed that the hotel only accepts guests who are Indian nationals, which led to me having to cancel my reservation immediately. This lack of transparency was quite disappointing and left a sour taste in my mouth.

“Okay to stay in transit”

I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at this lovely hotel, and I must say it was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, I did find the stairs to be a bit of a challenge, as I had to climb three stories to reach my room, which might be a concern for guests with mobility issues.

“Don't have nature like a family member for making a customer happy”

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to an even better room than I initially booked, which was a lovely gesture. However, my interaction with the staff left a sour taste in my mouth. When I asked the owner to exchange some money from his kirana store, he refused, citing that he wouldn't give change to anyone else.

“It's good”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, its location was convenient and the room itself was quite comfortable. However, I was initially promised an air-conditioned room, but what I got was a cooler room, which was still a pleasant surprise, but I was charged the same rate as an AC room. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was a major letdown - they seemed completely unprofessional and struggled to communicate effectively with customers.
