“Fantastic and plan on coming again”

Our room was huge and we loved it, and the pool and hot tub were great! The only downside was the TV didn’t work.

“Overall good value”

Good location and facilities. During check‑in the staff weren’t paying attention; I had paid for breakfast but didn’t receive the coupon, and the café staff told me to go back to reception to get it. There was no AC in the room, so it stayed hot even when we lowered the setting. Maintenance should proactively check the AC instead of just reacting.

“It would have been better if the room was clean and the noise in the hallways late at night was more controlled.”

Everything was spacious. The room I stayed in was dirty; the bathroom sink and counter still had items left from the previous guest, so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all.

The bed was comfortable, it’s close to the restaurant, and the airport transportation was convenient.

“We left right away and never stayed”

The lobby and location were nice, but the rooms were very dirty and in disrepair.
