“Overall, not satisfied with the stay.”

The convenience of the hotel for our travel plans was the main positive. However, the room was missing several items listed in the description, such as slippers, a blower, and pillows, though we were given extra pillows. Small cockroaches were present in the room, and the shower was not user‑friendly or adjustable. Parking was very inconvenient, and the public post did not mention that the hotel was under renovation, which surprised us.

When we entered the room, we found several cockroaches and other insects; the hotel was undergoing a major renovation, so we couldn't stay there.

“Regular”

The team helped us find alternatives while they were carrying out construction, but the building was still being worked on and they couldn’t provide the eight‑person room we had booked. Instead we were placed in a four‑person room with a mattress on the floor that was very uncomfortable, the facilities were only average and the room was crawling with ants.

The location in Makati and Manila was excellent. No complaints.
