Traveling with my dog for the first time, he had never seen anything like this; upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff, and a lady guided me to the room where treats, dog bowls, and a bed were already set up for him, which thrilled him since the whole room was his and the bed was comfy. I appreciate all the effort because my dog is like my son and this was his first holiday, bringing happy tears as he felt safe—especially as a rescue. The hotel is huge with a beautiful garden and spa; my partner and I were amazed and will definitely return soon. The bathroom plug was broken and the water didn’t drain, so we couldn’t shower.

Set in beautiful grounds with lovingly tended gardens and lawns, the staff were friendly and informative, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. We dined at the Warwick restaurant on Saturday night, and the Signature menu was outstanding; we can’t wait to come back.
