The apartment was very well located, extremely clean and well maintained. The surroundings were charming and peaceful, creating a wonderful atmosphere.

Andreas was friendly and helpful, the place was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was generous and varied! The coffee was excellent and served by Andreas, who was always ready to help; coffee was available all day, which was a plus. However, the room lacks soundproofing in the morning, so early‑rising guests may find it noisy. The location is lovely but a bit far for daily visits to Lake Como, and after the price, it’s not the same value overall, so I consider it a decent price‑quality ratio.

The breakfast was excellent, and the host Andrea was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local dining tips. The house, a charming old fisherman's cottage, has a real character and the rooms are thoughtfully arranged. The location right by the lake provides beautiful morning and evening atmospheres – a truly quiet, peaceful spot where you can relax well. The only downside, which the property cannot control, is the bathing prohibition at Lago di Annone.

The setting is absolutely tranquil and away from crowds, with the small lake just a minute away and the larger one five minutes by car. The host is very nice and straightforward. A climate‑control unit would have been a real plus.
