Hotel CG London

“Staff were there when I arrived, very pleasant gave me all the relevant information. I didn’t see them, or need to. Suit”

The room was basic but had everything I needed, clean and tidy with toiletries, a fridge for cold drinks, and drink facilities. The place was well looked after and in a great location for my visit, though the room itself was fairly basic.

It was too hot during our stay and there was no AC; the small fan didn’t provide enough cooling for the heat.

“Ok”

You get what you pay for—it was okay, but the place felt dated.

A great place to stay with friendly staff and a nice room, just as always.

“Lack professionalism”

Parking was convenient, but the place was a bit dirty, a child handled the booking and was rude when showing us around, the beds were uncomfortable, and customer service was lacking.
