Phòng sạch sẽ - thoáng và mát. Nhiều cửa sổ nên ngắm nhiều view Bảo Lộc. Mình đi 2 người phòng 2 giường. Chỗ để ô tô ổn áp. Gần sát siêu thị coop Mart nên tiện mua sắm. Phòng tắm có đầy đủ đồ nhưng mình không thích dầu gội và sữa tắm- mùi nồng- nếu KS thay bằng các loại hướng tự nhiên thì tuyệt hơn. Được bao ăn sáng: bún riêu+ ốp la trứng. Bún riêu tạm ổn nhưng riêu hơi nồng

“Disappointed”

I landed in a great spot, the bed was comfy and the towels were clean and soft. When I first checked in to the fourth‑floor room, a large damp stain sat beside the bed and the floor was filthy, plus there were a ton of ants. I asked for a different room and the front desk told me I’d have to pay extra for an upgrade, which I declined. The next day I was moved to a third‑floor room that was swarming with mosquitoes because the toilet had no window glass. The smoke alarm kept flashing a green light every ten seconds, which kept me from sleeping, and the lamp plug was broken so the lamp didn’t work. They said breakfast was included, but I only got bread and two fried eggs even though I arrived before the end of breakfast service; on the third day I skipped breakfast entirely because it was the same. The staff at reception didn’t speak English.

“Nhiều kỉ niệm. Hạnh phúc !”

I’d love a few more items on the breakfast menu to make it more varied, or at least add tea, juice, milk, and coffee.

The location is good, the room is clean, the breakfast tastes great, and the price is reasonable.
