“Everything was superb except for the room issue, booked 2 different days was given same room and there was not differenc”
Structure. The room i was given , booked 2 different days was given same room and there was not difference in terms of cleanliness etc. wish i was given options of rooms to choose from
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was incredibly comfortable.

The place is clean and organized, and the staff are kind and always ready to help—especially Mr. Mthokozaelwa, who even lent me his card so I could get internet, order Uber Eats, and book an Uber to the airport. Thank you very much. Power outages occurred during my stay, the internet dropped frequently and I couldn’t download work documents, watch a movie, call Uber, or contact family, which was very unpleasant. On the last night I couldn’t even shower because the water was cold and the power in my room hadn’t returned since the previous night.
The welcome was friendly, the accommodation simple yet great. It was freezing inside, the heating barely worked, and it made a lot of noise at night.
