I was hit with a bad smell, the AC only blew fan and I spotted roaches around the property. They took my deposit and kept looking for excuses to keep my money, never returning it.

I only liked the location. There were no outlets to charge my phones, so I had to buy a portable charger and charge in the car. The microwave’s cable was connected to the TV to save outlets, and one night it suddenly burned out, so I couldn’t heat my granddaughter’s bottle. I stayed three nights and no one cleaned the room each day. I had no phone to call reception, no coffee maker, and the pictures in the app were different from what we arrived at – I felt scammed! They asked for a deposit that still hasn’t been refunded.

“Worst hotel I've ever been”

Everything was terrible, especially the hotel manager who was just awful.

“Worth the price”

The price was good and the staff were friendly, but the pool was too small.

This was my first stay at the hotel and I liked the room because it had a walk‑in shower. It’s a shame it was only for one night; my job sends me to different cities, though sometimes I have to work close to where I live. The only thing missing from the shower was the curtain.
