The team was incredibly welcoming and handled everything for us—free early check‑in on both rooms and complimentary breakfast when we arrived. The place itself has a solid location, a stunning view, and is spotless; the breakfast was also nice.

The location was fine, staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean with balconies offering a nice view. However, on the 8th floor it was awful—very noisy, especially in the mornings when you could hear the breakfast prep and the movement of tables and chairs starting at 06:30. There’s no iron in the room; you must hand over your clothes for ironing and pay extra. The area around the public toilets in the corridor smells bad, the toilet rooms are tiny, the shower area is cramped with a short shower tray, and the curtain in the toilet is musty with fungus. Breakfast options were limited, especially for Halal choices.
