I found the place quiet and nicely situated, but the cleaning left a lot of dust and cobwebs; it could be improved. Also, learning English is helpful for non‑Italian guests.

The place is fully equipped for a long stay and sits in a quiet spot with great views, but the sofa bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

We didn’t expect a one‑kilometer walk from the cement factory to find such an oasis; the villa, dating from the early twentieth century, was converted into several apartments to suit different needs, and the pool is reached after strolling through a bucolic garden where each room has its own spot for the whole stay, but the house we rented wasn’t very well maintained—just a few tweaks would make it truly beautiful.

A quiet cabin in the olive grove, set up for simple meals, and a beautiful pool in a superb setting, yet the heating plates don’t work well—plan extra time to cook pasta!

The location, air conditioning, and quiet were good, but the listing showed a studio that was actually a detached studio above the main building with the reception and other apartments; the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on, the kitchenette was just a small cabinet with two poorly working burners and a sink, the bathroom was clean and complete, and the pool was far from the studio and still being cleaned around 9 am, so the mower noise made it hard to relax—don’t book this way; consider a larger apartment for a better stay.
