The location was convenient, and the staff were super helpful and friendly; there were no negatives.

“Terrible”

Nothing positive to mention; they claimed they couldn’t find my reservation, I didn’t stay and lost 311.36, and the front desk staff was extremely rude.

“We had a great time at our 45th Class Reunion and was really too busy to call about the unclean room.”

The location and staff were great, but the bathroom wasn’t clean—the toilet had a black ring as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We checked in on Friday and noticed someone had swapped the towels on Saturday, yet our room never received a cleaning throughout our stay.
