The proximity to the mountain and the balcony rooms were great. I didn’t stay long enough to notice anything else.

The place offers a stunning mountain view, cozy fireplaces, friendly staff, and a gorgeous room – truly a fantastic spot to stay. Nothing negative to mention.

I was initially impressed with the friendly staff, who seemed eager to help with any issues that arose. However, my experience was marred by a series of disappointments, including a lack of hot water, which was a major concern given our skiing plans. The hotel's attempts to assist were appreciated, but it was clear that there were underlying issues that needed to be addressed.
