“Great location for all things Gondar!”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with standout highlights being the delicious breakfast spread and the well-equipped gym. The air conditioning in my room was also a lifesaver on hot days. However, I did experience a minor inconvenience when I had to switch rooms due to some maintenance issues, but the staff handled it efficiently and promptly. The hotel's location was also very convenient for exploring the area.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. The lack of hot water in the shower was a major problem, and I was also left without a blanket, which made me come down with a cold. To make matters worse, the safe in my room was not functioning properly, and the staff seemed unwilling to fix it. Additionally, I found the breakfast options to be limited and overpriced, with a plain rice dish costing 160 birr. To top it all off, the staff's English skills were not very good.

I was impressed by the spacious and clean room, as well as the friendly staff, during my stay at this hotel. The breakfast selection was also very diverse and satisfying, with a wide variety of options, including plenty of fresh fruit. However, I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay.

During my stay, I was consistently impressed by the warm and genuine hospitality I received from the staff, who went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly marred by a 20-minute delay from the driver who was supposed to pick me up, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the staff's honesty and commitment to my well-being made a big difference.
