The location is decent, but the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, the washroom was extremely unclean and felt more like a lodge than a hotel, and the service was very disappointing: I called room service around 11 PM, got transferred, and then no one answered despite several attempts, so the hotel needs major clean‑up and better customer service to keep its reputation.
