I didn’t like anything about this place. The staff were unprofessional, the room was filthy, and it smelled bad. Only three staff members were present and they stared at us. When we finally opened the door, the room was not clean; water was leaking from a pipe at the balcony. There was no restaurant and the building looked haunted. Nobody was around, so we panicked and left immediately. I told the staff I was leaving and wanted a refund for that day plus the ₹2500 advance, but they refused to refund the next four days. I argued and even contacted Fabhotel Customer Care, but no help came. We left without a refund and felt relieved. Later, after filing a complaint and emailing them, Fabhotel management reached out. About 40‑50 days later, I received a partial refund for the remaining four days. In short, avoid booking this place or do it at your own risk; the staff’s demeanor was horrible.
