“It was very horrible. Very bad experience in my life. I need refund of my money.”

I spent the whole night in the lobby with no one attending to me; the next morning I learned the facility was under renovation, so I left early to find another hotel. Please stop charging customers when the facility isn’t ready.

The place was clean, possibly because of a recent remodel, making it a good value for families, and the location is convenient. However, the plumbing seems old; the toilet water pressure is weak and it doesn’t flush well, so I had to shower at a nearby sauna. We stayed in a four‑person room, but there was water only in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. I felt the room should have had a second sink. Hope this helps.

The room was clean and good for the price, and it’s not far from 낭만포차, which is nice. The only drawback is that it’s on the first floor, so the view isn’t great. The train noise is almost inaudible, so it’s fine for sleeping.
