We loved the staff, the room, and the service; the small gym was adequate, and the massage was great. We would have liked if there could be a chair and table on the terrace to drink coffee and smoke there.

Hospitality, clean and tidy! The wifi was very fast in the restaurant, but on the 3rd floor it was very bad; we solved this by buying an e‑sim online.

My guests had an absolute pleasure staying at the Ivy Garden Hotel Baku. From the moment they arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Amir at the front desk, who greeted my guests with an incredibly warm welcome. He went far beyond his usual duties—not only managing their check-in seamlessly but also helping them plan their Baku itinerary and arranging a dedicated driver for a full-day city tour. The hotel itself is spotless and feels brand new, with fresh air and modern furniture. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wonderful variety of delicious options. A huge bonus is the indoor pool and sauna, which is a rare and fantastic amenity for hotels in this area. Location-wise, it’s highly convenient. It is just a short walk to the 28 May metro station, making it incredibly easy for them to catch the direct express bus straight to the airport. Highly recommended!
