Honestly, nothing I liked; it didn’t match what the app showed, let alone what the chat said, and then it was different. I didn’t like that they measured your breakfast portions, added extra charges if you asked for more, and they were not at all flexible with check‑out.

The location is good and the staff are friendly. I was disappointed that they didn’t change my towels every day.

The spot is perfect: the street is very quiet and the Plaza de Armas is right next door. The staff are lovely, the bedding is comfy, and the shower is hot and powerful.
