The room was small but acceptable, and the breakfast was fine except for the awful sweet pastries. After we complained, the staff moved us to a different room the next morning. We stayed in room 204 for the first two days, where a terrible sewage smell filled the room. When people on the floor above used the sink, the odor worsened and woke me up at night. The plumbing needed urgent repair before future guests arrived; people come to relax, not to troubleshoot leaks and move rooms. The sink area also had a leaking pipe under the basin, which had been an issue for a long time, causing the furniture to swell from constant water exposure. A puddle formed on the tiled corridor floor, nearly causing my mother to slip and fall—an unacceptable safety hazard. The soap and shampoo dispensers were in a disgusting state, as shown in the photos; they looked filthy and unhygienic, and using them was unpleasant. This level of hygiene is unacceptable for any hotel, even a three‑star one. Basic standards—cleanliness, working plumbing, tidy rooms, and guest safety—must be met.
