After checking in, we switched rooms three times: the first one had WiFi problems, the second felt damp, and the third had both issues, but we were exhausted from the changes. The staff were generally friendly, yet the owner/manager was quite rude and spoke with an entitled tone toward me and my husband.

Esther was super nice, very helpful, and took my feelings into consideration; she was on duty that day when the incident occurred. Online it claimed the shower was a Roland ⚡️ model with full accessibility for someone who needed it, but that was not the case.
