The location was central, with various local spots and a supermarket within walking distance, but there was no breakfast offered and no staff present.

The Inn was very clean and the staff friendly; they had a nice fire pit we used both nights, and sunset viewing was great just a short walk up the street. All the local restaurants serve the same bar food except for BLU, which is top‑of‑the‑line in the Leelanau area. It was a good stay, though the price was a little higher than other comparable rentals; the price was ridiculous.

The hotel sits right in the middle of the tourist trap strip, close to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, but the room isn’t refundable until 10 days out, which is too far given they also say they’re fully booked; plus there are no amenities, so it doesn’t offer good value.
