I keep coming back because the staff are always so accommodating, they gladly prepare gluten‑free breakfast for me, the wellness area is great, and parking is right at the entrance; the rooms stay clean, so I highly recommend it 🤗.

The staff were kind, the rooms were clean, and the wellness section was brilliant; breakfast was tasty, the selection was good, and they were attentive to my gluten‑free needs, though I could hear the neighboring room a bit, which was slightly annoying.

“Výborné ubytovanie”

Ubytovanie bolo čisté, moderné a zároveň útulné. Pomer cena/kvalita nad očakávanie. Raňajky veľmi chutné, bohatý výber. Káva trošku slabšia, nemení to však nič na celkovom výbornom dojme. Celý čas sa o nás starala veľmi príjemná recepčná Zuzka. Ďakujeme. Nič

The hotel sits in a quiet, peaceful spot with pleasant, welcoming facilities, and I liked how independent the guests could be with minimal staff interaction, which can be convenient; however, the lack of room service and especially the hygiene problem at breakfast really impacted my stay. Over my three‑day visit, my room was never cleaned and towels weren’t changed, breakfast was bland and repetitive each day, and on the last morning I saw the woman serving breakfast eat eggs straight from the buffet with the same large spoon guests were supposed to use—this was extremely unpleasant and raised serious hygiene concerns.

“Celok v konečnom dôsledku hodnotím ako prijemne ubytovanie za skvelu cenu”

What impressed me most was the helpfulness of the hotel staff member Lučivná, who was very pleasant, kind, and willing to help—a rare human touch in such establishments that deserves recognition. The sectional sofa as a sofa bed wasn’t fully comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach our room, which was the last one on the hallway.
