The staff were friendly, but why was there no soap even though there were bar soaps for after showering?

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a cozy little cottage with a garden view, which was perfect for families with kids. The place was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We had access to water, coffee, tea, and a lovely breakfast spread. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to lend a hand. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the entire team for their kindness and hospitality.
