The cabins are cozy, conveniently located close to the sea, but the cleanliness is only “Indian” level, the staff are quite indifferent, and when I checked in they told me my visa would expire in a month—a surprise I hadn’t expected; what really bothered me was a huge aggressive dog roaming the grounds and barking at people, with no effort from staff or owners to curb it or apologize for the discomfort, especially after it frightened my child. The staff were just sitting at a table, drunk and loudly talking, while empty bottles and food scraps lay on the floor nearby, and they seemed perfectly fine with it—typical Indian hospitality, I guess.

The staff are very cute, quiet, and nice, but the location is far from the beach.

Atmosphere, but the room keys…
There are no mosquitoes, the room is comfortable, and hot water is always available, but there’s no dryer for clothes, so I had to hang them on outdoor chairs and when I returned in the evening my clothes were all on the grass; the neighboring guests kept up the noise all night, the beach is a bit far, they don’t provide drinking water so you have to buy it yourself, there’s a kettle but no cups in the room.
I liked the location, away from the noise of Aramboly, but this is the worst Goa hotel I’ve stayed in—very dirty with a huge layer of dust everywhere, a sheet with a hole right in the middle, and the manager claimed it was clean; the furniture was sagging, some places had no doors, and although the price isn’t high, it’s not that cheap either… We needed to stay for two days, otherwise I wouldn’t have booked.
