The location, the people who manage the property, the cleanliness. The food can improve. The breakfast is good. However, the dinner, particularly non vegetarian dishes do have scope for improvement

“Quite a relaxing and enjoyable stay away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai.”

Breakfast was simple and good, with a variety of dishes for different tastes, and the rooftop offered a stunning view of the mountain ranges and snow‑capped peaks. Nothing in particular stood out as a problem; we enjoyed our stay.

I have to say, my stay at this hotel was pretty solid. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late. The room was small but spotless, and the location was great – just a short walk from the city center. The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was that the breakfast options were pretty limited, but overall, everything was just okay, and I appreciated the effort they put into making my stay comfortable.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its lovely Terrace area, which offered a peaceful escape from the chaos. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was a letdown. The parking area was a nightmare, with limited spaces and a confusing layout. To make matters worse, I was given a room that didn't match my booking, and I had specifically requested a different one. The lack of options for food was also a major issue, with only a few overpriced restaurants nearby.
