The site is beautiful and very quiet. There was no toilet paper in the bedroom.

“Baja relación costo-atención”

The breakfast was decent, but it took a long time to get it. The rooms, in general, need maintenance and the showers have no hot water. The service was average, the kitchen was slow, and the price was high for what the hotel offers.

“No es 4 estrellas, no es un lugar para relajarse”

The hotel looks gorgeous and the facilities are spectacular; the architect did a great job with the design. The beds are comfortable and the bar staff are very attentive. However, this is not a spa, not meant for relaxing, reading, or family time. The music starts at 9:30 AM and runs until 12 PM without ever being turned off. The Turkish bath was broken and no alternative was provided. The massage jacuzzi and sauna are extra charges, both located in the spa area. Hot water is missing throughout the hotel, which brings the rating down to 3 stars. Bringing food and drinks is prohibited and everything is sold at very high prices. The rooms lack a safe, hair dryer, desk, balcony, coat hooks, and hot water for tea or coffee—basic 4‑star hotel amenities. The conclusion is that this hotel is too expensive for what it offers; it has great views and architecture but is a real disappointment.
