The location outside Faenza is beautiful, almost silent, and offers a lovely view. The room is very nice and clean, as is the bathroom. The staff are extremely kind. We used the pool, which has comfortable loungers and umbrellas—a real treat.

We had a very pleasant stay. The pool set in nature is the real highlight: perfect for relaxing in a calm, quiet environment. The view of Faenza’s hills is stunning and makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal for those seeking relaxation, peace, and an authentic nature experience, just minutes from Faenza’s center. Nothing particular to report. For those who want to be in the heart of the town, you need to drive, but for us the tranquility and the view added extra value.

“Bene ma non benissimo.”

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The place is well maintained and clean. The parking area is muddy and not clean. The environment is poorly soundproofed; unfortunately we encountered uncivil guests who, for two mornings in a row at 6.00, decided to keep everyone awake.
