“Excellent in all ways; location, accommodation, food and especially the staff.”

The pub/inn is within walking distance from London Paddington station, making it an ideal spot in Notting Hill for nearby restaurants, train stations, and Portobello Market. I highly suggest dining at the Pub, grabbing breakfast at Beam a few doors down, and stopping by The Bread Bakery around the corner. The host/hostesses Luigi, John, Melvin, and Matina (sp?) were all welcoming. We loved everything about the pub inn and would stay again. If you have mobility issues, the stairs could be a concern, especially when leaving before the staff are available and with luggage in hand, but that’s not a deal‑breaker.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. The room, however, was small.

“Fabulous as usual”

Everything was perfect.

I loved the location in Notting Hill—close to transit and the neighbourhood is marvelous. We walked everywhere, and Kensington and Hyde Parks are so close. The Sunday Roast dinner was fabulous, with huge portions that left us leftovers for lunch.
