The spot and view were great, but the room faced a very noisy street and the walls were thin, so we could hear a lot from the neighboring rooms.

The apartment sits right in the heart of the old town and had everything we needed; the beds were comfortable and the air‑conditioning worked. It was expected to be loud at night because of the location, and we accepted that. We had a very pleasant interaction with the host. The downside was that the bathroom had no window to the outside, only to the bedroom, so we had to improvise with a makeshift seal.

The hotel’s location was good, but the equipment was outdated, especially the bathroom, and the room was very hot without air‑conditioning.

The place is in a prime spot for bars, restaurants and city transport, and the hosts gave solid tips on where to eat and visit. They were friendly, polite and responded quickly. We stayed on the ground floor, so there was some outside noise, but nothing too intense and it didn’t carry into the night. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the domestic lady was pleasant, stopping by daily to change towels and tidy up – we don’t leave a mess, so it was just nice to see her. The shower was hot and good, though the flooring could be better. Room 4a had no windows, but the lighting was fine; since there’s no natural ventilation, an AC unit is in the “kitchen” area and the bathroom. Wi‑Fi worked fine. The room was clean on the surface, but it would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and a thorough wipe‑down of the skirting. Unfortunately, a cockroach appeared at 3 am on the morning we checked out. The shower area could use better tiling, as debris from the wall ends up on the floor. Despite these issues, it was good value for a short stay if you look past the spots that need a little more TLC.
