The first room they gave us was absolutely disgusting, filthy. The second room was okay. The only nice thing was some of the landscaping around the facility.

They overall stay was fine. The vending machine took some of my money and gave me drinks, it broke and spilled all over the floor; the one in the lobby that monster broke open like a cartoon 3x.

“Stay was nice breakfast biscuits were hard. The gravy tasted bad. Not impressed with that and the pool looked green”

The outside and foyer were beautiful, but inside the room there were places that needed touch‑ups, like the edges.

“It was good with the exception of being charged twice”

I was charged twice for a room. Need my money back. The breakfast was hard and the gravy had a strange flavor.

“Horrible experience”

Location from mall. Trash outside door to room was constantly overflowing. The tub did not look as if it has ever been cleaned; dead flies on air conditioner unit. Housekeeping walked in room unannounced the first day never reappeared thr rest of the days there. Only received clean towels 2d time went to front desk. Still waiting on response for refund for early checkout
