It includes breakfast (not included). They say they have parking, but they don’t mention that it costs extra. Access is tricky—you have to wait for the reception staff to open it. And it’s about 300 m from the hotel, so it’s not very accessible if you have to go in and out or carry several items.

I checked out before breakfast, but the bright outdoor lights on the patio kept my room illuminated, making it hard to get a deep sleep or rest.
