“很纯正的德国乡村名宿”

Location: in the quiet town of Ruhla. Environment: very quiet. Breakfast: if you want it, the host prepares a generous, distinctive German breakfast with bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, cheese, ham slices, fruit, etc.—so much that you can’t finish it all; note that breakfast is paid. Other: if you’re interested in watches, the town has a Ruhla watch museum that showcases the area’s former watch‑making glory.

The staff were very friendly, served an excellent breakfast, and drove us hikers to a nice restaurant for dinner before taking us back to the Rennsteig early in the morning. Suuuuper

The breakfast was lovely, the apartments were clean, everything we needed was there, the host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and check‑in was flexible.
