We had a truly pleasant and relaxing stay; the hotel’s position offers a stunning view and unbeatable peace, the facilities are beautiful with excellent services for both adults and children, and the food quality and cleanliness were impeccable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the overall experience very positive and highly recommended. On the downside, some maintenance issues—like a broken door and a hanging wall-mounted bureau—seem a bit neglected and could be improved; otherwise the rooms could be flawless given their cleanliness and view. Another point I liked less was the price of drinks during meals, especially water, which felt a bit steep.
