I was surprised that the hotel didn’t provide a few water bottles, a kettle for tea or coffee, or a water cooler in the spa—things that other hotels usually offer. There was no salad at breakfast; when I asked for lettuce or avocado, the waiter said it wasn’t available, only the items already on the buffet. The dinner restaurant and entertainment were great, and the food was very good. However, the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, and it would have been nice to have a coffee machine and water in the room.

The stay was pure luxury and brilliant, and the staff were very accommodating. The only downside was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
