The morning coffee exceeded my expectations and the team was extremely helpful; the bathtub needed to be replaced.

I would actually give it a 9 because the cleanliness, the people, and the facilities were great, but the Wi‑Fi situation was unacceptable. The company hired by the hotel requires you to provide name, surname, CPF, phone, email, and accept cookies on your device to get Wi‑Fi—this is an unacceptable intrusion into personal privacy, which is why I gave this rating.

I was thoroughly impressed with their breakfast, and my room was incredibly comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi. However, the TV had limited channels, and it was just a basic open-channel setup.
