We never even got to stay because the place was locked when we arrived, and after an hour of waiting and countless dead‑end calls to the host’s number, we had to find a new spot. Turns out the Erlebnishof Tschabitscher has been closed for months, which is the worst experience I've had with this company. I reported the incident right away, but the responses were automated, vague, and I only got voicemail after long waits. I expect a quick refund and proper compensation for the extra costs.
