The place was clean and the location was fine.

“good for a stay when on the road”

The rooms were spacious with good beds, but the air conditioning was noisy. The location wasn’t great, though we knew that before booking.

“The most awful experience ever.”

Nothing was good about this hotel. This is the worst I’ve ever booked, after staying at over 100 hotels in more than 20 countries. When my boyfriend stayed there not long ago, the staff were smoking weed while working, the shower was broken so he had to change rooms, which took about 30 minutes or more. This time, because of an unexpected event we had to change dates, we messaged them to see if a date change or partial refund was possible, but never received any reply. We had to pay the full fee for nothing but a terrible memory. As someone who also works in a hotel, they are the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever seen. Unbelievably unprofessional. Never book here again.

The room was clean, but there was nothing else.

Breakfast was ready before I even got downstairs. I couldn’t get a receipt.
