“Maravilhoso”
I liked everything.
I liked the location, the breakfast, the pool, and the room, which was comfortable and modern. The restaurant and café staff were very attentive and polite. I was disappointed that the hotel faced the river but all windows looked into an interior space. The reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I felt uncomfortable that we couldn’t book the pool usage for payment at check‑out; we had to pay before leaving the pool, and towels for pool use were charged.
